Product Description

Thiacloprid 240G/L OD blocks nerve signal transmission by binding to the pest's nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR), leading to acetylcholine accumulation and causing paralysis and death of the pest14. Its oil-based carrier enhances the adhesion and permeability of the liquid, improves the rapidity of action (knockdown in as fast as 3 minutes) and the duration of action26, and has both systemic, contact and stomach poisoning effects.

Thiacloprid 240G/L OD is suitable for vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers), fruit trees (citrus, apples), and field crops (rice, wheat, corn). It can prevent and control piercing-sucking mouthparts pests such as aphids, planthoppers, whiteflies, thrips, and psyllids, with both rapid action (knockdown in 3 minutes) and long-term action (duration of 15-20 days). Oil-based carriers enhance permeability and are suitable for the control of resistant pests.
