Product Description

Thiamethoxam 350G/L SC belongs to the second generation of neonicotinoid insecticides. Its core mechanism of action is to bind to the nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChR) in the nervous system of pests, continuously activate and block nerve signal transmission, resulting in excessive accumulation of acetylcholine, and ultimately causing paralysis and death of pests. This agent has multiple modes of action: systemic transmission - after the agent is absorbed by the leaves or roots, it is quickly transmitted to the whole plant through the wood, causing systemic poisoning of piercing-sucking pests (aphids, planthoppers, etc.); contact and stomach poison - direct contact with the insect body or killing by feeding on the drug-carrying tissue.

Thiamethoxam 350G/L SC is suitable for a variety of crops such as corn, wheat, rice, cotton, peanuts, and soybeans. It is mainly used to control piercing-sucking mouthparts pests such as aphids, planthoppers, and thrips, as well as underground pests such as grubs and wireworms.
